Capabilities
Our full range of manufacturing capabilities, in addition to CNC turning, milling, and grinding, include Swiss screw machining, wire EDM and small hole (micro hole) EDM. These processes allow us to manufacture your parts from subminiature to 44" in length.
Stark's precision grinding equipment accommodates:
- diameters up to 14"
- lengths up to 40"
- roundness to .000040"
- straightness to .000080" over 40"
Milling equipment can effectively handle parts 44" x 20" x 20".
The largest turning diameters Stark Industrial manufactures are 16".
